ძირითადი მოვალეობები

პოზიცია გულისხმობს:

• ქართული ენისა და ლიტერატურის სწავლების პროცესის დაგეგმვასა და წარმართვას IB DP პროგრამის მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად;
• მოსწავლეთა აკადემიური პროგრესის შეფასებას და უკუკავშირის მიწოდებას; სასწავლო მასალების, აქტივობებისა და შეფასების
• ინსტრუმენტების მომზადებას; მოსწავლეებში კრიტიკული აზროვნების, ანალიტიკური უნარებისა და აკადემიური წერის განვითარებას;
• სკოლის აკადემიურ გუნდთან, მშობლებთან და ადმინისტრაციასთან ეფექტურ თანამშრომლობას; სასკოლო და საგნობრივ პროექტებში აქტიურ მონაწილეობას.

საკვალიფიკაციო მოთხოვნები

კანდიდატს უნდა ჰქონდეს:

• უმაღლესი განათლება ქართული ფილოლოგიის, განათლების ან შესაბამისი მიმართულებით; ქართული ენისა და ლიტერატურის სწავლების გამოცდილება;
• საერთაშორისო პროგრამებში მუშაობის გამოცდილება ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად;
• IB DP პროგრამის ცოდნა ან მასში მუშაობის სურვილი; ინგლისური ენის სამუშაო დონეზე ცოდნა ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად;
• კომუნიკაციის, ორგანიზებისა და გუნდური მუშაობის ძლიერი უნარები; მოსწავლეზე ორიენტირებული სწავლების მიდგომა.

  Georgian Language and Literature Teacher – IB Diploma Programme

  European School is announcing a vacancy for the position of Georgian Language and Literature Teacher within the IB Diploma Programme.

  We are looking for a motivated, professional, and innovative educator with strong experience in teaching Georgian language and literature, knowledge of modern educational approaches, and a desire to work in an international learning environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  The position includes:

  • Planning and delivering Georgian language and literature lessons in accordance with the requirements of the IB DP programme

  • Assessing students’ academic progress and providing constructive feedback

  • Preparing teaching materials, learning activities, and assessment tools

  • Developing students’ critical thinking, analytical skills, and academic writing

  • Collaborating effectively with the school’s academic team, parents, and administration

  • Actively participating in school-wide and subject-related projects

  Qualification Requirements

  The candidate should have:

  • Higher education in Georgian Philology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience in teaching Georgian language and literature

  • Experience working in international programmes will be considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of the IB DP programme or willingness to work within it

  • Working knowledge of English will be considered an advantage

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
